Survey: TSA Performing Poorly
The TSA is performing poorly, say 2,000 frequent flyers who responded to a Frequent Business Traveler survey. Almost three out of four (71.9%) called the TSA’s screening process not at all effective or not very effective in preventing acts of terror on an aircraft, and almost half (45%) were not satisfied with their last security experience. Among PreCheck users, the satisfaction level was just 62.7%, down 31% from a high of 90.3% in 2013.
