Norwegian’s Dana Gain Headed to Air Canada Vacations

Industry veteran Dana Gain will be joining Air Canada Vacations as senior director of sales, groups and partnerships, effective Apr. 23.
Gain spent the last three years as Norwegian Cruise Line’s national senior director of sales for Canada, where she increased the number of guests sourced by the Canadian trade market. With 28 years’ experience, she also spent time at Carnival Cruise Line as international director of sales and business development manager.
In her new role, Gain will be responsible for the Canadian tour operator’s development of its national sales strategy, as well as supporting and growing all of the B2B lines of business and increasing distribution channels. She will also continue to forge strategic partnerships and will manage all partnership agreements.

Dana Gain will report to directly to Montagnese and will be based out of Air Canada Vacations’ Mississauga office.
Reporting to Dana will be: Marigold Fortuna, general manager, sales Western Canada; Monique Lalonde, general manager, sales and national accounts; Guy Marchand, general manager, sales Quebec; Christine Faulkner, manager, inside sales and planning; and Sophie Kazaz, director, group travel and partnerships.
