Holiday Inn Express To Travel Agents: Encourge Clients To “Be The Readiest”

by Maria Lisella  March 30, 2017

We all know that being ready is a good thing, but Holiday Inn Express is about to unleash its latest reiteration of its Stay Smart® campaign dubbed “Be The Readiest,” even if “readiest” may not appear in the dictionary at the moment.

The latest series of HIE’s vignettes were created in partnership with Jukin Media, a digital entertainment company. Later this spring, be on the lookout for Rob Riggle, Creative Director and Champion of the Readiest, to return in hilarious TV spots encouraging guests to Be The Readiest when they stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Appealing to a broad range of travel agents whose clients include business travelers and families, these amenities are pretty perfect for guests seeking a guaranteed good night’s sleep, a powerful shower and a fresh breakfast—giving them everything they need to jump-start their day.

Currently on the market is HIE’s Express StartTM Breakfast Bar where guests are entitled to a complimentary breakfast, including pancakes from the brand’s signature one-touch pancake machine.

Just fyi, if you think HIE is still a domestic product,  take note: the brand has doubled its international presence since 2007, opening hotels at a rate of two per week on average and the brand has a global footprint in over 40 countries.

Under the IHG banner there are nearly 2,500 hotels open around the world and an additional 676 hotels in the pipeline: 2,154 in the Americas; 234 in Europe; 34 in Asia, Middle East and Africa; and 75 in China.
