Holland America Line Academy Launches New Specialist Courses

Holland America Line Academy is offering four new specialist training courses, in addition to its core program. The 20-minute interactive courses cover the Panama Canal, the Mediterranean, Alaska and Grand Voyages. Graduates will earn three CLIA credits, two continuing education credits for The Travel Institute or four ACTA credits. Combined with the HAL Academy Core Courses, agents can earn up to 27 CLIA credits. Agents will also receive marketing e-tools and a downloadable certificate.
