MSC Cruises has partnered with Michelin-Starred Spanish chef Ramón Freixa to add main dishes and tapas across its fleet, along with additions to the cruise line’s Christmas and New Year menus.
“We are delighted to welcome Chef Freixa to our already impressive line-up of international chefs and restaurateurs, each selected as leading global experts in their respective cuisines. With their own distinct styles, flair and vision, together they create a unique fine-dining experience for our guests,” said MSC CEO Gianni Onorato.
The dishes include Duck Royal with cream of foie gras and onions in main dining rooms and Glazed Pluma of Iberian pork with sautéed vegetables at the MSC Yacht Club private restaurant.
The new partnership adds to a growing list of well-known chefs that have added their dishes to the MSC Cruises lineup. Last year, MSC announced new partnerships with Roy Yamaguchi, and another one with Jean Philippe-Maury.
