Globus Grows Its Marketing, Sales Team to Assist Advisors
by Briana Bonfiglio /Globus family of brands has announced the restructuring and expanding of its marketing and sales team, which will enhance its support system for travel advisors.
The company, which markets and sells Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways trips, has re-hired Cory McGillivray as senior director of sales operations and channel marketing to lead the team.

McGillivray worked nearly 10 years for Globus in trade marketing before moving to Silversea, where he helped grow the company’s trade business. At Globus, he is now joined by a trade marketing team that has grown 50% with the additions of Dave Llewelyn, manager of sales development and channel marketing; Faith McDade, marketing coordinator and Tamara Olton, partner training specialist.
Llewelyn has previous experience in sales for G Adventures, Olton was business development manager (BDM) at Quark Expeditions and regional sales manager at G Adventures, and McDade brings communications and content creation expertise.
