Starting on Sept. 1, 2021, Turks and Caicos will require all travelers 16-years and older to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
All travelers will need to upload proof that they were vaccinated, at least two weeks prior to travel, with one of the approved COVID-19 vaccines (Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Comirnaty, Spikevax, and Vaxzevria), to TCI Assured, the destination’s pre-travel portal available on its website.
Those who aren’t vaccinated or are partially vaccinated will only be allowed in the country if they show a negative PCR test, taken within three days of arrival, and then quarantine for seven days, including undergoing another test on day five.
Turks and Caicos is one of the most vaccinated countries in the world, with 70% of its adult population fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Right now the island is ranked at Level 2 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for a Moderate Level of COVID-19.
The CDC is still advising traveling to be vaccinated before traveling into Turks and Caicos.
