This week, the AMR Collection celebrated the opening of one of its newest all-inclusive resorts, Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya.
The adults-only resort is located on a strip of white sandy beach, not too far from Playa del Carmen’s Mayan ruins, and just a 10-minute drive from Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue), the famed Playa del Carmen shopping district.
In total, the property offers 485 suites that AMR says offer “a contemporary experience with an earthy feel.”
The suites ranged from the 4,700-sq.-ft. presidential penthouse, which includes its very own private furnished terrace with a plunge pool; to the 1,560-sq.-ft. master suite; to the 668-sq.-ft. junior ocean suite. All suites include full bathrooms and their very own rolling in-room bar.
Accommodations also include a concierge-level Preferred Club that gives guests access to personalized check-in and check-out, daily continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, access to a separate lounge and bar, and complimentary computer access.
For eateries, the resort offers 11 total on-site restaurants, including seven à la carte restaurants, a Pool Snack Bar, and Coco Café, all with no reservations required.
For recreation, the resort includes seven different beaches, along with three man-made cenotes and one interior beach-inspired pool. All of the beaches and pools onsite include a wait service.
Stays at the resort include unlimited international and domestic spirits, daytime activities, live nightly entertainment, along with access to theme parties, oceanfront bars, and entertainment venues onsite.
