Palladium Hotel Group is partnering with the New York Islanders, the first NHL partnership ever for the Spanish hotel chain.
The three-year agreement gives Palladium visibility on broadcasts and on-site at the Islanders’ home at UBS Arena in New York, including via digital campaigns, activations, and what Palladium is calling “unique brand experiences.”
“The Islanders are proud to welcome Palladium Hotel Group to our family,” said Islanders Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Nick Pizzutello. “Palladium Hotel Group is a world-class company with a reputation for providing excellent service. We are confident that our fans will appreciate the benefits that this partnership offers.”
The partnership is far from the first time that a travel company has partnered with a sports franchise to expand its brand. One of the bigger, more recent partnerships includes the New York Knicks and MSC Cruises partnering on a multi-year marketing plan in January 2023.
