Four Seasons Hotels will bring its luxury brand to Nashville’s downtown, south of the city’s Broadway honky-tonks and neon lights, and marking its first Tennessee location.

Construction on the building will kick off next month, with Congress Group, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm; and AECOM Capital, the investment arm of AECOM.

Standing 542 feet tall, the skyscraper will house luxury condominiums and a 236-key, five-star hotel. Other amenities include a spa and fitness space.

With LEED Gold certification, it will be one of the state's greenest and tallest residential buildings, according to Dean Stratouly, president of Congress Group.

Located along the Cumberland River, within a block of bustling restaurants and bars, West Riverfront Park, Nissan Stadium, and the Ascend Amphitheater, the property will boast a prime location for the city’s booming tourism industry.

The luxury-branded residential market has been an important aspect of the Four Seasons growth strategy. In the next five years, the brand’s residential portfolio is expected to double. This year, Four Seasons will open its first standalone Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square in London; the brand will also expand this exclusive collection with standalone Private Residences in Marrakech, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
