Survey: Flyers Still Not Happy
Despite airlines investing in an improved in-flight experience with new aircrafts and cabins rolling out every day, passengers are still peeved about lack of space on an airplane and disruptive passenger.
According to a survey conducted by Frequent Business Traveler magazine, called The 2015 Air Travel Pet Peeves Survey, frequent travelers said that they continue to be dissatisfied with personal space on airplanes as well as with the closeness of their fellow passengers, as the top three complaints were lack of space, noisy passengers, and rowdy children.
The magazine questioned 1,942 people for the survey, which has been done annually since 2011. The survey was done in association with FlyerTalk, the world’s largest online travel community, and ExpertFlyer, a leading air travel information tool.
Rounding out the top five complaints were “Seatmate Taking Up Too Much Space” and “Passenger Reclining Seat into Me.”
