Marriott International is targeting a whole new population of work-from-home consumers looking to get out of the home office. On Tuesday, the hotel giant unveiled three new packages that will enable Bonvoy members to work remotely at select Marriott hotels around the world.

The packages, called the Day Pass, Stay Pass, and Play Pass, will allow Bonvoy members to use Marriott properties as a way to either get away from their home office or to plug in and use a Marriott property as a workspace while on the road, all with the signature Marriott amenities on-hand and available to use.

The Day Pass allows members to check into a hotel at 6 a.m., use the on-property facilities and business centers, and check-out at 6 p.m.

The Stay Pass combines the Day Pass with an overnight stay, with an early check in (6 a.m.) still available and a late checkout (6 p.m.) offered on the day of departure, along with free breakfast and complimentary evening cocktails at some of the properties.

The Play Pass, which Marriott says is designed for those seeking to work while also getting away, combines business concierge and work space with supervised kids’ activities for families. Play Pass is only available at some of Marriott’s luxury properties, including Bali, Venice, Hawaii, Florida, California, Arizona, Cancun, and more.

“Working remotely doesn’t necessarily have to mean working from home, where blurred lines between personal and professional lives can create distractions and stress,” said Stephanie Linnartz, Group President – Consumer Operations, Technology & Emerging Businesses, Marriott International.

“We are inviting guests to work anywhere with Marriott Bonvoy to help them be more productive and achieve a better work/life balance by reimagining our hotel rooms as local remote workspaces for our customers. By providing flexible booking options, our loyalty members and guests have a familiar alternative when choosing where to work.”

All of the passes include access to fast WiFi, workspaces, coffee, bottled water, food, a gym, and the hotel pool.
