River cruise line Uniworld is temporarily updating its cancellation policy for all of its 2020 cruises to allow guests to cancel up to 14 days prior to sailing, along with adding a temporary change fee waiver for any 2020 and 2021 cruise.
Guests wanting to change their river sailing can do so up to 14 days out without penalty and receive a future cruise credit for the amount of the cancellation penalty, along with a refund for the non-penalized amount. The credit can be applied to Uniworld or one of its sister brands, including Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Trafalgar and African Travel.
Uniworld will pay advisor commission on the new bookings, including any bookings made with the future cruise credit, at the time of booking.
All Uniworld guests are being asked to take a health declaration and questionnaire before boarding their sailing. Uniworld is also not permitting anyone onboard who has traveled through China, South Korea, Iran, or Italy, within two weeks of their sailing.
As if March 11, no Uniworld sailings have been impacted by travel restrictions caused by COVID-19.
