Explora Journeys is expanding its North America-focused sales leadership team with the appointment of Morgane Beltaief as vice president of consortia and strategic partnerships for North America.

The move “reinforces Explora Journey’s commitment to the travel advisor community and strengthening the management of key partnerships.”

Beltaief brings more than two decades of experience in luxury travel and hospitality to the role, having held leadership roles with such brands as AmaWaterways and, most recently, Oceania Cruises, where she oversaw all national accounts partnerships.

In her role at Explora Journeys, she will lead the strategic development and performance of consortia partners and key strategic accounts to drive growth and expand the brand’s presence. She joins Aimee Price, vice president of field sales for North America. Together and under the leadership of Chris Austin, president of North America, they will continue to strengthen the brand’s relationships with travel partners.

“Morgane’s wealth of experience and deep connections within the travel advisor community will be invaluable as we continue to grow our presence in North America,” Austin said. “Our enduring support for travel advisors remains at the forefront of all we do, and her collaborative spirit and genuine passion for empowering teams will enable us to deepen those valued relationships.”
