Disney Cruise Line Changes All-Aboard Time for Magic and Wish Sailings
by Daniel McCarthy /Starting in September, guests sailing on Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Magic and Disney Wish will have a different all-aboard time.
Disney is changing the all-aboard time for all of its Florida-based ports starting on Sept. 2, 2024, moving it from 4 p.m. EST to 3 p.m. EST. Guests will have one less hour to arrive at the terminal, which could change those making their own flight arrangements.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. It is our hope that guests will enjoy getting their sailing underway an hour earlier,” Disney said in its message about the change.
According to Disney, travel time from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Port Canaveral is one hour, depending on traffic, and travel time from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) to that cruise port is 15 minutes. All travel times are dependent on traffic.
