Holland America Enhances Air Booking Program
Holland America upgraded its air booking program, Flight Ease, with a new feature that makes it easier for travel agents to navigate, search and book flights. Agents booking a flight and cruise with Holland America can now select departure and return flights separately, add a stopover, compare flexible and restricted fares, and review more detailed flight schedules. According to the company, the changes are a direct result of feedback from its travel partners. Flight Ease is available through Holland America’s Polar Online booking process. Agents can access the tool through the company’s travel agent portal.
