Margaritaville at Sea Names Chief Marketing and Growth Officer

Margaritaville at Sea has named Michael Marino as chief marketing and growth officer, a newly created executive role designed to unify the company’s go-to-market strategy and accelerate expansion across trade, group, and direct channels.
In the role, Marino will lead trade partnerships and distribution strategy, along with charter and group sales, direct marketing, and contact center operations as the company continues its multi-ship growth trajectory.

His experience leading high-performing teams at some of the industry’s most recognized brands makes him an ideal fit.”
Marino is a seasoned marketing and commercial executive across the travel, hospitality, and gaming sectors. He most recently served as senior vice president at Virgin Voyages, where he was a member of the Senior Operating Committee and led digital, loyalty, and casino functions, overseeing direct-to-consumer demand generation and pre-cruise revenue strategy.
Prior to that, Marino served as chief commercial officer at Accel Entertainment, where he was responsible for enterprise-wide commercial strategy and growth initiatives. He previously spent eight years at Caesars Entertainment, most recently as chief experience officer.
