MSC Cruises has revealed details of some of the outdoor spaces onboard MSC World Asia, including The Harbour outdoor park and the Aqua Deck.
After debuting on MSC World America, The Harbour will continue to serve as family-friendly outdoor park open from morning to night. It will be the first Harbour for guests to enjoy in Europe. The ship will also feature seven pools and 13 hot tubs, including two newly designed pools in the Aqua Deck District – the outdoor Manila Bay pool and the indoor Coral Cove pool.
Revamped The Harbour
Reflecting the theme of the ship, the newly revamped Harbour on MSC World Asia will feature an Asian-inspired design. It will, however, continue to be home to some of the ship’s most thrilling attractions including the Cliffhanger, two-level Adventure Trail Ropes Course (with two zip line-style Sky Rails), and multi-slide Harbour Aquapark.
The ship’s longest slide, the 11-deck dry slide known as The Tree of Life @ The Spiral, will start in The Harbour and take guests to the heart of the World Promenade in seconds.
New to The Harbour will be The Play Deck, a relaxed outdoor space designed for kids of all ages and built to encourage families to play together.
Guests will also find The Harbour Bar & Bites, with its selection of complimentary grab-and-go bites.
Redesigned Aqua District

The Aqua Deck has also undergone a redesign to reflect MSC World Asia’s theme. As part of the ship’s seven total pools and 13 hot tubs, the Aqua Deck district will include two redesigned pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
The Manila Bay & Pearl Lagoon Bar will be located in the main pool area and is designed for guests who want to enjoy a full, active, and fun day under the sun. From morning to sunset, the area will offer a mix of activities and will feature plenty of shade, refreshed amenities, and versatile seating. The new bar is better positioned to meet guests’ needs during a day at the pool.
The Coral Cove will be MSC World Asia’s weather-proof indoor pool with a retractable glass roof. The space will feature an elegant design inspired by the ocean and its vibrant underwater ecosystem, including a large-scale art installation by artist Elisabetta Milan in the shape of a water droplet. The Cove Bar will be located poolside for guests to enjoy.
Beginning Dec. 4, 2026, MSC World Asia will sail seven-night itineraries to some of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations including Barcelona, Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia for Rome, Naples, and Valletta.
