MSC Lirica Moving to Shanghai

MSC Cruises will move the MSC Lirica to Shanghai in May 2016, the company announced. The move is part of MSC’s new partnership with Chinese outbound tourism service provider CAISSA Touristic Group. The MSC Lirica will sail from Rio de Janeiro to Shanghai on a 60-day grand voyage, ending on May 1, 2016. The ship won’t undergo any changes, but MSC will provide an industry-high percentage of Mandarin speaking crew and new Chinese cuisine on board. More information will be announced at a press conference in Beijing in the coming weeks.
