Norwegian Cruise Line will no longer offer its guests an open bar on Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Sun, two ships that have been alcohol-inclusive since 2016, according to Cruise Critic.
Both ships had been sailing Havana itineraries out of Florida ports — Sun out of Port Canaveral and Sky out of Miami — but had to alter itineraries after the Cuba travel ban was reinstated earlier this month.
Norwegian is allowing all guests booked before the new policy was announced to still sail with the Free Open Bar option.
The cruise line is also still sailing those ships with its other inclusions that are part of its Free at Sea program, including specialty dining, shore excursions, free WiFi, free or reduced air airfare, and friends and family sailing free.
