Quark Expeditions Reorganizes Past Cruise Passenger Loyalty Program with Three-Tier Structure

Quark Expeditions has reorganized its Shackleton Club loyalty program, introducing Silver, Gold, and Platinum membership tiers.

Since its founding, the Shackleton Club has offered every past guest the same set of benefits upon disembarkation. Under the new structure, members will move through Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on the number of voyages completed, with each tier unlocking a deeper set of privileges.

The enhanced Shackleton Club builds on the program’s existing benefits with additional rewards and greater flexibility as guests progress through the tiers. New and expanded benefits include higher booking offers and shipboard credits, cabin upgrade eligibility with priority based on membership tier and, at the Gold and Platinum levels, discounts on Quark’s adventure options.

Platinum members also receive earlier cabin upgrade eligibility, flexible rebooking, and savings on pre- and post-expedition packages.

Under the enhanced Shackleton Club, guests progress through three membership tiers:

• Silver – second expedition: Benefits include early season access, a $750 offboard booking offer, cabin upgrade eligibility 90 days prior to departure, $150 in shipboard credit, a $1,500 onboard rebooking offer, and a $250 referral bonus. 
  
• Gold – third expedition: Benefits include early season access, a $1,000 offboard booking offer, cabin upgrade eligibility 90 days prior to departure with priority given to Gold members, $200 in shipboard credit, a $1,500 onboard rebooking offer, a $250 referral bonus, and a 25% discount on adventure options. 
  
• Platinum – fourth expedition and beyond: Benefits include early season access, a $1,250 offboard booking offer, cabin upgrade eligibility 150 days prior to departure, $250 in shipboard credit, a $1,500 onboard rebooking offer, a $250 referral bonus, and a 50% discount on adventure options. Platinum members also receive flexible rebooking and a 25% discount on pre- and post-expedition packages.
