For the first time, cruisers with loyalty status on any of Royal Caribbean Group’s three brands will have their status matched by the other brands.

“We strive to provide guests with experiences within our portfolio of brands that meet them for all of life’s moments,” said Jason Liberty, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group. “Each of our differentiated brands have passionate fans who take pride in the status they’ve achieved through repeat sailings. In a first for the cruise industry, our new Loyalty Status Match program rewards guests traveling across our brands.”

Under the program, members of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, and Silversea’s Venetian Society, will enjoy reciprocal tier status no matter which brand they sail on.

To achieve matching status, cruisers must sign up for the loyalty program of the brand they’ll be on (if they’re not members already). The two accounts will then be linked internally. If guests are a member of more than one program, their highest loyalty tier status will be matched across the brands they’re currently members of automatically within seven days.

Status matching begins with sailings departing June 5, 2024.

The matching levels will be as follows:

The applicable terms and conditions are also changing to make clear how member data will be shared across the various loyalty programs and highlight other important legal terms.
