Royal Caribbean is making its Royal Genie concierge service available to all cruisers on select ships regardless of stateroom category – for a price. And while advisors’ clients can enjoy the perks, advisors themselves will get no reward for selling the package, with a spokesperson for the company telling TMR, “At this time, advisors don’t get commission for selling it.”
At the center of the package is the Royal Genie, a dedicated insider who handles everything from pre-cruise planning (up to two weeks ahead of sail date) to onboard reservations – designing a personalized vacation from start to finish. The package pairs this service with premium, all-inclusive perks, including:
- Priority access to dining, activities, and top entertainment seating
- Complimentary specialty dining throughout the sailing
- Deluxe Beverage Package with cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options
- High-Speed Wi-Fi
- Support for special requests and personalized moments
The Royal Genie package is now available across Freedom, Radiance, Voyager, and Vision class ships.
Pricing for the package is dynamic based on sailing, ship, and sail date, but starts at $300 per person, per day ($200 for kids).
