TCM Cruise Moves to Disney Fantasy
Turner Classic Movies’ fourth Classic Cruise with Disney Cruise Line will move to the Disney Fantasy for 2016.
The previous three TCM cruises were held on Disney’s oldest ship, the 2,700-passenger Disney Magic. But the Fantasy, Disney’s newest vessel, can hold 4,000 passengers—almost 50% more.
The cruise will leave Port Canaveral on Nov. 12 and sail a seven-night Caribbean itinerary, stopping in San Juan, St. Martaan, and Disney’s private Castaway Cay. Instead of the typical Disney Cruise Line experience, though, there will be screenings, Q&A sessions, and other activities geared toward film fans.
This year’s special guests have yet to be announced.
The cruise opens for reservations on March 11 and can be booked through the TCM website.
