Carnival Adds ‘Fun Games’ to Online Training

Carnival Cruise Lines added “Fun Games” to its online training center, giving travel agents a quick way to earn credits in its agent rewards program while reinforcing or expanding their knowledge. Each of 12 games can be completed in two to five minutes. For each completed game, agents earn 10 credits in Carnival Passport, the line’s agent learning system; the credits can be converted to points and redeemed for prizes ranging up to iPads and flat screen TVs. Carnival said it added Fun Games in response to agent feedback about its social learning game Carnival Adventures.
