CCRA Acquires OSSN Home-Based Agent Network

CCRA Travel Solutions acquired the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN), which represents about 8,000 home-based travel agents. CCRA, based in Fort Worth, has a hotel booking agent, air contract program and call center. Its CEO Dic Marxen said OSSN will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary with Gary Fee to continue as OSSN president and Melody Fee as vice president.The acquistion includes the Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration (TRUE) code, OSSN’s agent ID booking system. Fee said that with this development, TRUE ID will be available to agents worldwide.”Having CCRA at the helm gives us the resources to meet the demands of a worldwide audience of agents while still focusing on the needs of our growing U.S. agency community,” said Melody Fee.
