Frosch Acquires Florida Leisure Agency

Frosch Travel acquired Adventure Travels, a leisure agency in Pompano Beach, Fla., that does about $25 million in annual sales, with a heavy emphasis on luxury cruise. Adventure Travels founder and president Bill Cooper said he will stay on with the agency for the next couple of years. Frosch Travel, headquartered in New York and Houston, is one of the nation’s largest retail travel agencies, with $1 billion in annual sales, largely in corporate travel. Frosch had been looking to acquire an agency in Florida for some time.
