Lisa Bauer, the former executive vice president of global sales and marketing for Royal Caribbean, has been named COO and executive vice president of operations for International Cruise & Excursions, a global travel and leisure company. Bauer will lead the company’s global operations alongside its sales, marketing and client services. Bauer’s new role begins Jan. 20, 2014, and she will be based out of Scottsdale, Ariz.
