Smartours has joined the USTOA. Terry Dale, the president and CEO of the USTOA, announced the news on Tuesday. Smartours was founded in 1996 and provides group vacation tours to exotic destinations. All of the group’s tours include international airfare from the U.S., deluxe and first class hotels, excursions and sightseeing. The USTOA now has 54 active members, representing nearly 160 brands.
