The Four Seasons in downtown Toronto is up for sale and expected to attract a slew of buyers.
The luxury property could get as much as $193 million, reported Reuters, citing sources close to the matter. Hotel chains, private equity firms, and wealthy individuals are all said to be interested in the 259-room hotel.
The hotel currently belongs to Kingdom Holding Co 4280.SE, an investment group owned by Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. A division of the company, Kingdom Hotel Investments, owns luxury hotels including the Plaza in New York and the Savoy in London.
