Virtuoso Names Its Five Hottest Luxury Hotel Openings

For clients looking for the latest in the high-end market, Virtuoso released its list of hottest luxury hotels opening this fall into next year, from historic properties to beachfront resorts.
1. Bulgari Hotel Shanghai, China – Opening late 2017
Bulgari Hotel Shanghai will feature contemporary, spacious rooms and luxe guest amenities such as Maserati transportation. Offering stunning views of the city’s skyline, the hotel is located minutes from the iconic Bund and the museums of People’s Square.
2. Raffles Europejski Warsaw, Poland – Reopening spring of 2018
The landmark building in Warsaw’s historic district has recently undergone a major renovation to restore its 19th century architecture. Raffles Europejski, Warsaw will offer 106 elegant guestrooms and suites, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace showcasing Poland’s cuisine, a bar and cigar lounge, a patisserie and a spa.

3. Montage Los Cabos, Mexico – Opening spring of 2018
Sitting on 39 acres of white-sand beachfront, Montage Los Cabos will feature 122 rooms and suites, walk-in access to snorkeling and diving at Santa Maria Bay, two pools, and Montage’s signature children’s program, Paintbox. Guests can take advantage of wellness programs and treatments at Spa Montage, and fitness offerings including two pools and tennis and recreational lawn facilities.
4. Hotel Lutetia, France – Reopening spring of 2018
Opened in 1910, the historic property’s façade was decorated in the ‘Art Nouveau’ style and is a known favorite of celebrities. Located on the Left Bank, the hotel will offer 184 rooms and suites, a spa, fitness facilities, and jazz and cigar bars. Its popular Lutetia Brasserie will feature a bar, terrace, show kitchen and private dining room.

5. Six Senses Bhutan, Bhutan – Opening late 2018
Five unique resorts in different locations will unite under the Six Senses name to offer an intimate new lodging experience with only 82 suites among all the properties. Each resort focuses on a specific theme, such as culture, and will feature the signature Six Senses qualities, including eco-friendly design, personalized service, world-class cuisine and wellness.
