American Express Travel Appoints Hendley as President

Audrey Hendley has been named president of American Express Travel and Lifestyle Services, one of the largest multi-channel global consumer travel agencies in the world. 

In her new role, Hendley is responsible for delivering premium travel and lifestyle (dining, entertainment) services to Card Members through a network of over 5,000 travel consultants, overseeing the digital travel booking experience, travel benefits and programs, supplier partnerships, and marketing and engagement strategies for the premium Card Member base.

Hendley has been with American Express since 1992, holding a variety of roles, including vice president of marketing and strategic partnerships at American Express Travel. Most recently, Audrey led the Global Commercial Payments and Consulting Services organization.
