Hilton named Jon Witter its Chief Customer Officer, a newly created position overseeing global brands, marketing, loyalty & partnerships, IT and strategy teams.
Witter most recently served as president of retail and direct banking at Capital One Financial Corporation, and was previously the president and CEO at Morgan Stanley Private Bank.
Witter will report to CEO Christopher J. Nassetta.
