Two Mid-Sized Massachusetts Travel Agencies Combine
by Richard D’AmbrosioAtlas Travel has acquired Flagship Travel, combining two mid-size Massachusetts travel agencies.
According to a press release, Flagship Travel, based in Marblehead, has been in business for more than 35 years, and was owned by Joel Abramson.
Headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, 30-year-old Atlas Travel is part of the Atlas Travel & Technology Group, launched in 2013, and is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The two companies are consolidating their operations over the coming weeks.
