Effective immediately, Scenic Group will begin paying travel advisor commissions 21 days after full payment for trips booked at least six months out. Called the Advance Commission Program, the initiative, which runs through the end of 2022, is designed to help advisors with their cash flow at a time that many are still finding challenging. The program applies to bookings on Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises.

“We are immensely grateful for the hard work and perseverance our travel partners have shown during two of the toughest years the travel industry has ever seen,” said Ann Chamberlin, vice president, sales for Scenic Group USA. “In an effort to thank them for their loyalty and reward their ongoing sales efforts as travel makes a comeback, we’ve launched this program to help ensure they will have money in their pockets faster.”

To participate in the Advance Commission Program, agency owners, whether independent or host, must register with Scenic Group USA, after which they will receive an enrollment confirmation within give business days.

Eligible bookings must be on sailings with departures at least six months out from booking date. Commissions will be paid within 21 days of receiving full payment, which must also be made at least six months before departure. Clients who pay in full receive pay-in-full benefits.
