Hurtigruten to Spend $64 Million on Ship Renovations
Norwegian-based cruise line Hurtigruten will update four ships as part of a $64 million renovation. The common areas, reception foyers, cafes, bistro areas, and aft decks on the MS Polarlys, MS Kong Harald, MS Nordkapp, and MS Nordnorge will all be renovated and updated with new colors and materials. The cruise line is already making over of its food service, sourcing more local food suppliers from Norway to provide fresh food every day.
