Kuoni Considers Bid from EQT Partners AB
Swiss travel service Kuoni Reisen Holding AG is in talks with European buy-out firm EQT Partners AB, as well as several other suitors, Bloomberg Business reported yesterday.
Kuoni’s market value is about $1.2 billion, but it has instituted job cuts and a management shakeup in its Global Travel Services division.
Also interested are private equity firms BC Partners, Permira Advisers, and Partners Group, according to reports by the Swiss newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft.
