Wow Air Adds Los Angeles and San Francisco
Beginning in summer 2016, low-cost carrier Wow Air will be flying to Los Angeles and San Francisco, the Iceland-based airline announced. Routes from Reykjavik, Iceland, to Los Angeles will fly four times a week while San Francisco routes will fly five times per week. Wow started flying from Boston to London’s Gatwick Airport in May, charging $149 for the transatlantic flight. The carrier didn’t announce prices for the new California routes as of yet. Travel agents will be able to book tickets starting in January.
