Azamara Cruises has launched a new hotline – “Anything Azamara” – designed for travel advisors who have little to no experience working with the cruise line. The hotline is part of a broader initiative to simplify, support, and strengthen its relationships with the trade community.

“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer of North America at Azamara. “Anything Azamara is more than a phone number — it’s a promise that every new advisor joining our community, has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one.”

The “Anything Azamara” hotline connects new-to-Azamara agencies and advisors with a trained contact center team ready to assist with everything from first-time bookings and system navigation to finding a sales representative or understanding itineraries. The entire process is personalized – advisors receive a welcome email and guidance through every step of the registration process, ensuring a smooth start to their partnership with Azamara.

Other new initiatives that Azamara is launching as a result of a recent trade survey includes new Azamara World Academy chapters coming in 2026, more RezA training, and new destination guides featuring deck plans, brand insights, and destination information.

“Partnership is at the heart of everything we do,” added Dondra Ritzenthaler, CEO at Azamara. “We know that when our advisors succeed, Azamara succeeds — and this new resource makes that collaboration even stronger.”

Advisors can reach “Anything Azamara” at 888-575-9782. To learn more, advisors should visit connect.azamara.com.
