Margaritaville at Sea is rolling out High Tide Market, a new food hall experience launching first onboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in January 2026. The food hall replaces the more traditional buffet.

High Tide Market will feature a mix of guest favorites and brand-new concepts. Returning is Frank & Lola’s Pizza with its signature stone-baked pies, while new choices will include the build-your-own taco or bowl Mexican Cutie Cantina, the Slide of Paradise dessert bar, and License to Chill Sandwich Shack.

After its debut on Paradise, the High Tide Market will open next on Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, followed by an enhanced version slated for Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027.

Tweaked Short Itineraries

Margaritaville at Sea will also be shifting Paradise to new weekday four-night and weekend three-night itineraries, beginning in 2026. These sailings, which sail roundtrip from the Port of Palm Beach, feature stops in Nassau, Key West, and Freeport.
