Paul Gauguin Cruises Extends $1,000 Shipboard Credit Offer
by Bruce Parkinson
Refreshed livery on the m/s Paul Gauguin.
Paul Gauguin Cruises has extended its “Tempting Tahiti” offer, giving advisors and guests more time to take advantage of a $1,000 shipboard credit per stateroom or suite on select 2025 and all 2026 departures.
Now applicable to bookings made by November 15, 2025, this exclusive offer adds value to the line’s all-inclusive, luxury sailings to the Society Islands, Tuamotus, Marquesas, Cook Islands and South Pacific. Travellers can use their shipboard credit toward shore excursions, spa treatments, shopping, and other splurges.
There’s a nice bonus for advisors too – they will receive a $500 gift card ($250 for solo travellers) for each newly deposited booking.
Described as an overwater “bungalow” that sails, the m/s Paul Gauguin emerged from a multimillion-dollar refurbishment earlier this year.

Among the enhancements:
- A newly designed Le Grill.
- A reimagined pool deck with shaded cabana area.
- New connecting staterooms to accommodate the rise in multigenerational travel.
- An updated livery that serves as an emblem of Paul Gauguin Cruises’ parent company, PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP.
- ;Sustainable technology upgrades, including a new seawater filtration system.
The m/s Paul Gauguin takes guests island-hopping through turquoise lagoons where they are invited to explore vibrant coral gardens and unwind on private beaches.
