Canada’s Globespan Buys U.S. Division of Specialist TMC Key Travel

by Bruce Parkinson  September 16, 2025
Canada’s Globespan Buys U.S. Division of Specialist TMC Key Travel

Canada’s Globespan Travel Management has acquired Key Travel Inc., the U.S. division of Key Travel.

Key Travel is described as the world’s largest TMC specializing in academic, humanitarian, and faith-based travel. The acquisition follows Trip.com Group’s acquisition of Key Travel U.K. and its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Globespan says it will be business as usual for Key Travel’s U.S. clients. The Canadian company says those clients will benefit from its technology and 24/7 support, while Globespan will gain access to new opportunities in nonprofit, academic and humanitarian travel.

“Key Travel Inc. has built a strong legacy serving purpose-driven organizations across the United States,” said Globespan president Daniel Moretta. “We are proud to welcome their team and clients to Globespan, where our blend of innovation and personalized service will drive greater efficiency, compliance and care.”

Globespan Travel Management is a privately owned and operated corporate travel management firm. Headquartered in Toronto with wholly owned offices in Vancouver, Los Angeles, Sydney, Australia, and Manila, Philippines, Globespan Travel Management offer solutions for corporate travel management, consulting, analytics and meeting and event planning.
