Ensemble Taps Daniel Finkel as SVP, Partner Relations

Ensemble has announced the appointment of Daniel Finkel as Senior Vice President, Partner Relations, effective immediately.

Finkel will lead Ensemble’s partner strategy with an external-first focus deepening relationships with preferred suppliers and negotiating high-value, profitable agreements that enhance member success.

“We are so excited to welcome Danny to our Senior Leadership Team.  His track record of building win-win partnerships and delivering measurable value for both suppliers and advisors makes him the ideal leader to advance our partner ecosystem,” said Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble. “He also understands our culture and our commitment to improving profitability for both members and partners alike.”

Finkel brings a proven track record of more than 13 years in the global travel space, having shaped strategy, partnerships, and growth at some of the industry’s most recognized brands.  This includes his tenure at Expedia in Strategy and Transformation where he was responsible for setting strategic direction, driving new business development, and leading internal transformation across the company’s leisure air, lodging, corporate travel, and advertising divisions.

He also held several executive roles at Navan including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Travel Officer leading global expansion and strategic partnerships while driving business development and operations across the company’s travel and fintech businesses. He also held leadership roles at Fareportal as Chief Operating Officer and at Navigatr.

Based in Seattle, Finkel is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
