Discovery Doc Features Famed VIA Rail Train

The Canadian, VIA Rail’s famed Vancouver-to-Toronto train, is being featured on a special Discovery Channel documentary series, “Mighty Trains.”
The one-hour documentary features a four-night trip from Toronto to Vancouver, covering everything from the onboard experience to the mechanics of the train. Viewers will see the prairies, lake country and small towns, and then journey up through the snowy Canadian Rockies.
