Sheraton Starts New Campaign for Delayed Travelers This Holiday Season

December 15, 2015

Sheraton is giving travelers the opportunity to make the most out of their delays this holiday season. A new campaign that gives consumers a chance to win prizes while they wait at airports.

The program kicks off at JFK Airport later this month. From Dec. 21–24, delayed fliers can scan their plane tickets into Sheraton’s pop-up “Delight my Delay” kiosk. It will convert the number of minutes they are delayed into chances to win a prize, including vacations at the Sheraton Waikiki, cameras, drones, and gift cards.

In January, kiosks will also open at Dubai International Airport, allowing passengers whose flights are delayed to scan their boarding pass to redeem a travel-care package.
