A commercial restructuring at Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group has resulted in the elimination of at least two senior executive positions, Seatrade Cruise News has reported.

Among the known departures are Glen Rothe, vice president of trade sales for Crystal, and Jay Warren, vice president of sales, North America for Abercrombie & Kent, A&K DMCs, and Sanctuary Retreats.

A statement provided to Seatrade reads:

“AKTG has completed a commercial restructure to position the business for its next phase of growth and improve efficiency across the global business. This resulted in a small number of role changes, including the departure of team members whose contributions we greatly appreciate.

“Our operations remain fully supported with continuity across all customer service and sales functions. These changes will not impact the service we provide to our customers and we remain committed to our partnerships with the trade community and our continuing strong growth.”

Rothe joined Crystal in 2023 as part of a sales team expansion. Warren has been with A&K since 2012, most of that as vice president of sales, wholesale Americas.
