Fly-cruise operator Antarctica21 has restructured and expanded its commercial team dedicated to the U.S. and Canadian trade, reinforcing its commitment to the region as a strategic growth market. North American travelers already account for 40% of Antarctica21’s guest base, a share the company expects to grow further as it deepens investment in trade support across the U.S. and Canada.
“North America has always been an important source market for Antarctica21, both in terms of volume and the valuable trade partners who have worked with us over the past two decades,” said Crystal Manafi, market manager, USA & Canada. “Our team is built on relationships, and we continue to invest in the region to give our partners more ways to grow their Antarctic fly-cruise business.”
The restructured team, led by Manafi, includes Stephanie Vrantsis, who takes on the newly created role of key account manager, with a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships across the U.S. and Canada.
Vrantsis has been with Antarctica21 for four years and can be reached at svrantsis@antarctica21.com.
All other partnerships are managed by two business development managers, Ryan Campbell in the West and Kirk Anthony in the East. The team also includes two travel consultants handling inquiries and day-to-day support directly with travel advisors, adding a personal touch to every reservation.
Ryan Campbell joined Antarctica21 this past August. He has previously held roles with Vacasa, Celestyal Cruises, and Premier World Discovery. He can be reached at rcampbell@antarctica21.com.
Anthony also joined Antarctica21 in August. He has previously held roles with Quark Expeditions, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Seafair, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Royal Caribbean Group. He can be reached at kanthony@antarctica21.com.
The expanded team arrives as Antarctica21 begins its 2026/27 season this month, which includes the debut of the company’s newest custom-built vessel, Magellan Discoverer.
