Carnival Cruise Line Unveils New Restaurants, Bars for Carnival Festivale and Carnival Tropicale

Carnival Cruise Line unveiled details of The Next Course, a new wave of culinary experiences launching on Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028, along with new dining experiences being rolled out across the fleet.
“Our approach to dining combined with our team’s amazing service is a driving force behind Carnival’s success,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “Our latest culinary adventure marks a bold step forward to give guests an unforgettable experience with a variety of new vibrant flavors fleetwide.”
The Next Course line-up will feature new specialty restaurants and bars, including:
- Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, featuring a menu of coastal-inspired dishes from Carnival’s Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse.
- Uku Lei Lei, featuring Hawaiian specialties and Asian classics.
- Fetaccine, offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes, combining Italian favorites and Greek specialties.
- Le Bistro Musicale, offering classic French cuisine – exclusively on Carnival Festivale.
Carnival Festivale will also uniquely feature several new bar outlets including:
- The Spark, a vibrant lounge featuring live performances and cocktails inspired by iconic songs.
- Mix, a playful bar were guests can order creative cocktails or craft their own drinks.
- Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar, offering up specialty coffees and cocktails.
Fleetwide Culinary Enhancements
Across the fleet, The Next Course initiative will see refreshed menus and new dishes served in the main dining room for breakfast, brunch, and dinner; the Lido Marketplace, including a new Lido Family Menu with kid-friendly favorites; and at the BlueIguana Cantina.
The Chef’s Table menu will also see a revamp, with a new focus on regionally-inspired flavors.
Carnival will also expand its express dining option, offering faster dining in the main dining room.
Other new culinary experiences will include Bagels @ Sea, offering up freshly baked bagels with a vaiety of toppings available; Pop-Ups, offering fruity and frosted breakfast bars in the morning and ice cream and milkshakes later in the day; and expanded grab-and-go options, along with mobile ordering for the coffee shop.
