Disney Cruise Line Moves Up New Ship Timeline, Will Welcome Two Cruise Ships in One Year

Disney Cruise Line has updated its timeline for the launch of two new cruise ships, moving up the launch date of both Ship 12 and Ship 13.
As reported by WDW News Today, ships 11 and 12 – both of which are part of a new smaller class of ships – will debut in 2029. Originally, only Ship 11 was set to launch in 2029, with Ship 12 following a year later in 2030 and Ship 13 in 2031.
Under the new timeline both 11 and 12 will launch in 2029, with Ship 13 moved up to 2030.
(Another ship, to be operated by Oriental Land Company, also referred to as Disney Cruise Line Japan, will also debut in 2029.)
