Explora Journeys to Reroute Middle East Sailings for Winter 2026-27

Explora Journeys announced today that EXPLORA II will no longer sail its originally planned Middle East itinerary for the winter 2026-27 season.
Instead, EXPLORA II will operate exclusively in the western Mediterranean from November 2026 through March 2027. Specific details on the itineraries have yet to be announced, but will include highlights such as Funchal, Casablanca, and Ibiza’s Old Town.
“This decision has been taken well in advance, following careful consideration and reflecting Explora Journeys’ commitment to providing guests and travel advisors with clarity and confidence as they plan their future Journeys,” Explora Journeys said in a statement.
Guests and travel advisor partners who have booked the affected sailings will be contacted directly about the destination changes and offered dedicated support and alternative options if applicable.
